Products and pricing

We try to describe and price our products accurately. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, and to refuse or cancel an order where a genuine pricing or description error has occurred.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your goods. We may decline an order for any lawful reason.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and your cancellation and return rights by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Where we supply goods carrying a third-party brand, those goods are genuine products of that brand; reference to a brand does not imply any partnership, authorisation or endorsement.
