Where we ship

We offer worldwide delivery.

Delivery times

Most items are dispatched and delivered within approximately 7–14 days. Made-to-order items, including our LED dance floors, are produced to order and typically delivered within 6–8 weeks; a paid express option (5–9 working days) may be available on these items.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be charged import duties or taxes by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or delivery cost.

Tracking

Where available, we will provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delays
